HD LED Screen Features
1. High gray scale under low brightness: Adjustable(>800nit) brightness not only meets the brightness requirements of indoor LED media walls but also maintains the delicate and clear image by a 16-bit gray level. Besides, high definition effect comes with uniform luminance and the soft color is suitable for indoor. Under full white testing, pure white color is always available.
2. Wide viewing angle: Whether sitting in a spacious or narrow room, the horizontal and vertical viewing angles reach 140 degrees, which greatly meets the viewing needs of the audience in different directions. The image effect will not change largely in the range.
3. Excellent thermal management: In an enclosed or Semi closed space, heat dissipation is very important, and the unique design allows this product has excellent thermal management. We also add a mask to the surface, which due to heat dissipation, and focus light, achieves a better viewing effect.
4. Energy-saving: Constant voltage chip driving reduces power consumption and prompts stability. The power consumption per square meter is about 220W.

What is COB Technology for LED Media Wall?
COB is Chip on board, which is a different chip encapsulation technology, all chips are directly integrated and packaged on the special PCB board, while as we said encapsulation tech is putting three RGB-led chips to integrate inside an SMD electronics package to produce the individual SMD diodes.
COB literally sounds similar to the GOB display technology, but it has a long developing history and recently has been adopted in some main manufacturers’ promoted products.
Wide viewing angle, high color uniformity, high contrast, high power efficiency, etc, are the cliches features same to traditional led technology. The biggest thing is using COB to get high protection performance like collision avoidance, moisture-proof and dustproof, in short, higher environmental adaptability, this Nanoshi-led coating technology gets pixel-level protection.
Obviously, COB technology is also to get high-protection LED media walls same as GOB. Besides the cost, COB has a risk during the process of wavelength and color splitting and picking for all chips on the boards, which makes it difficult to get perfect color uniformity for the whole display. But GOB can get good color uniformity as modules have been made and tested in the traditional way same as normal modules before the special gluing. The maintenance for COB is also a problem waiting to be solved.
And Delta-enhanced COB technology, which features high brightness for small pitch led media wall, 3 times higher than most high-resolution led media wall, as high as 3000Nits. It claims to use micro-LEDs, by laying three discrete Red, Green, and Blue monochrome micro-LEDs on board.
